개인컴 문제라기보단 존 서버쪽 문제인듯 싶네요 아마 일시적인 문제나 서버점검,작업등으로 인해 생긴것으로 보여집니다.  

일단은 IE 도구 (IE6.0기준) -> 인터넷옵션 -> 일반 탭에서   "쿠키 삭제" , "파일 삭제"  클릭해서  캐시용파일 지워주시구요  IE창 닫은다음 다시 접속이나 계속 그런다면  약간 시간이 지난다음 다시 접속해 보시면 될듯 합니다.
